Boutique PinkiBlue Inc.. we will package and ship your order as quickly as possible with utmost care to make sure that it will arrive safely at your home.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 1- 4 business days if all items ordered are in stock. If a delay was to occur or an item out of stock, a sale associate will contact you via e-mail or by phone within 48-72hrs.

For orders over $49 before taxes, ground shipping is *FREE in Canada for online orders with the exception of sales, furniture and special orders.

Shipping Surcharges
Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery services which leads to higher shipping costs. Prices in effect will apply.

Our shipments are insured and sent via Purolator, UPS, FEDEX and Canada Post. PinkiBlue reserves the right to select the company best suited to deliver your order. Deliveries will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Our online store is open 24/7 and is constantly being updated. Our staff is experienced and readily available to help you with your shopping needs during regular business hours.

Pinkiblue reserves the right to cancel and / or not ship an order at any time.

Return Policy

Client satisfaction is our priority at PinkiBlue.

An exchange or a credit note will be provided if the following conditions are met, within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  1. In store with the invoice for the product or by mailing the product (at the expense of the customer) with a copy of the invoice or invoice number.

  2. All returned products must be unused and kept in its original packaging with intact labels.

Please note that original shipping fees charged when sending the order out are non-refundable.

For safety and or hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Strollers, car seats, high chairs

  • Furniture, mattresses

  • Carriers, breast pumps, personal care products

  • Sale items and special orders

  • Items that have been assembled or modified

  • Security products and security gates

  • Bedding (including Bouton Jaune)

After 15 days, items cannot be returned and are a final sale. We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality standards and cannot take back items that have been used, damaged or are not clean.

Lost or damaged items

All shipments are insured.

Step 1:
Check that your order is not damaged before signing the delivery confirmation.

Step 2:
Refuse the delivery if the box is damaged (ensure that all damages are noted) and contact PinkiBlue as quickly as possible.

Step 3:
PinkiBlue must be notified of all damaged or broken items within 72 hours of delivery.
