Boutique PinkiBlue Inc. puts an emphasis on total customer care before, during, and after your purchase. We will package and ship your order with utmost care to make sure that it will arrive safely at your home. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your customer experience, we will work with you to make it right.
Our virtual store is open 24/7 and is constantly being updated with the latest in baby trends. Our personnel is experienced and readily available to help you with your shopping needs during regular business hours.
Orders are processed and shipped out every day of the week, usually within 2-3 business days if all items ordered are in stock. For orders over $250, ground shipping is FREE in Canada, with the exception of furniture, i.e, cribs, change tables, wardrobes, etc. Our shipments are insured and sent via UPS, FEDEX, GoJit, Sameday, Canpar or Canada Post. PinkiBlue reserves the right to select the company best-suited to deliver your order. Deliveries will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Prices, for rush delivery services or for deliveries outside Canada, can be obtained by calling us at 514-731-3535 or 1-888-731-3533 or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Prices in effect will apply.
Client satisfaction is the No. 1 priority at PinkBlue. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us the receipt along with the item in its original packaging within 10 business days for a full refund, exchange or credit. We will refund the original price, minus delivery charges, except in the following cases:
- Refunds or exchanges will not be given on special orders, including furniture, mattresses, strollers, car seats, monitors and sale items.
- The client is responsible for delivery charges (there and back) on all exchanges or refunded merchandise with the exception of damaged items.
Lost or damaged items:
All shipments are insured. Check that your order is not damaged before signing the delivery confirmation. Refuse the delivery if the box is damaged (ensure that all damages are noted) and contact PinkiBlue as quickly as possible.
PinkBlue must be notified of all damaged or broken items within five (5) days of delivery.
